This release includes improvements to fees, vehicles, enrollment, class creation, imports, eSign, dashboards, notifications, and general usability.

Processing Fees

Organizations can now set processing fees for classes. Fees can be set as a flat amount, a percentage of the course fee, or both.

Class pages now show a clearer price breakdown:

  • Course fee

  • Processing fee, when applicable

  • Total

Checkout and receipts now show the processing fee more clearly, so students can better understand what they are paying for.

Vehicles

Fleet vehicle tools have been expanded beyond motorcycles.

Supported vehicle types now include:

  • Motorcycle

  • E-Bike

  • Car/Truck

  • CDL Truck

  • Airplane

  • Other

Students can now manage their personal vehicles from My Vehicles.

Classes can also require students to provide a vehicle. When this is required, class cards and class details now show a vehicle requirement badge. Some classes may also require students to provide insurance information for their vehicle.

Vehicle forms now collect more helpful details based on the vehicle type, including VIN information, tire details, tire condition, and tire photos where applicable.

Admins and authorized maintenance users can manage organization-owned vehicles from the fleet/location vehicle management screens.

Enrollment and Checkout

Enrollment and checkout now do a better job of protecting available seats.

Seat availability now includes both completed enrollments and active checkout reservations. This helps reduce the chance of overbooking.

Students who already have an active seat reservation can resume checkout instead of starting a conflicting enrollment attempt.

Class availability displays are also more accurate after pending checkout activity.

Organizations that are suspended can no longer accept new enrollments or process payments. Existing enrollments remain preserved.

Guest enrollment has added protections when an organization is suspended or when checkout selections are changed.

Age eligibility messages have been improved so users can better understand why a child may not be available for selection.

Class Creation and Templates

Admins can now create, edit, and apply reusable class templates.

A new class creation wizard helps guide users through the class setup process when using templates.

Class session creation, timezone handling, and class edit forms have been improved.

eSign template selection is now included in the class creation flow.

Instructor selection now gives priority to instructors who have active certifications for the selected course. Instructors are also listed alphabetically to make them easier to find.

Data Imports

The data import process has been improved and now uses a step-by-step workflow.

Admins can:

  • Upload workbooks

  • Validate data

  • Review field mappings

  • Resolve person records

  • Preview class and training data

  • Apply imports when the data is ready

Import templates and field mappings can now be configured and reused.

Imported training records now count toward instructor history and teaching credit calculations.

Additional safeguards were added to help prevent duplicate or stuck pending imports.

How to use it

Start a new data import, upload the workbook, resolve any validation or mapping issues, review the previews, and apply the import once the readiness checks pass.

eSign

eSign reliability has been improved.

Updates were made to improve:

  • Signing

  • Countersigning

  • Envelope completion

  • PDF generation

  • Cleanup for stalled envelopes

  • PDF viewer loading

  • Multi-document signing

  • Minor signatures

  • Field placement

  • Final completion steps

Entity admins now see eSign envelopes for their current entity.

Dashboards, Reporting, and Admin Views

Dashboard tabs now stay in the URL, so refreshing the page keeps users on the same dashboard tab.

Dashboard tables, stats, charts, and sparklines have been improved for a smoother experience.

Certification expiration views have been improved, and CSV export support has been added.

State representatives can now be assigned to individual entities.

Government and admin instructor views now better show scheduled, active, and expiring certifications.

Notifications, Messaging, and Email

Notification emails and delivery behavior have been improved.

Notification settings now more reliably prevent unwanted notifications.

Instructor assignment and maintenance request notifications are clearer.

Additional safeguards were added to reduce repeated notification sending.

Message threads now switch more smoothly, with fewer page flashes, stale content issues, and scroll jumps.

The message composer now automatically focuses after switching conversation threads.

Navbar dropdown behavior has been improved so profile and notification menus do not overlap.

LearnWorlds

LearnWorlds tagging has been improved for eCourse enrollments and completions.

Tag formatting has been updated and shortened.

LearnWorlds enrollment and course access behavior has also received bug fixes and reliability improvements.

General Reliability and Performance

General system reliability, health checks, deployment handling, and performance have been improved.

Some internal tools, documentation, and operational guidance were also updated to support smoother maintenance and future development.

Smaller UI Improvements and Bug Fixes

This release also includes several smaller improvements and fixes:

  • Class badge overflow was fixed.
